SAME DAY SHIPPING (In-Stock and Ready-to-ship)

We make every effort to ship Overnight, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air delivery orders the same day when placed by 12:00 pm. (noon Pacific Standard Time) Monday - Friday (holidays and weekends excluded) for in-stock items. Orders placed after 12:00 pm and Ground delivery orders are normally shipped the following business day, but usually sooner. As always, if there are any unexpected delays we will contact you promptly to make sure you stay informed on your order status.

For your convenience we offer Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight delivery options (Shipping options and costs available during checkout).

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not charge your card until your order is shipped. If for any reason an item is on backorder you will only be charged for items that shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive a separate email with tracking information for easy reference.

RETURNS & CREDITS (No Restocking Fees)

We’re not happy until you are. That is why every product we carry comes with a 30-day** no hassle return benefit. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason you can return any unused or unopened item in its original container within 30-days for a full refund minus shipping charges. If the item or order you wish to return was shipped "Free", the original cost to ship the specific item or order will be deducted from the credit.

**In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory all special order and electrical products are non-returnable and sales are final on these items. If an electrical product is deemed defective within the first 30-days of purchase we will process an exchange only, pending approval of defective claim. After 30-days we will help you with the details to obtain a warranty replacement from the manufacturer.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Approval before sending any product back to us. This will ensure your return is tracked and processed correctly.

All items are covered by manufacture warranties that range from 90 days to lifetime.
