Deluxe Bull Bars

Every ARB Deluxe Bull Bars is engineered with careful consideration of factors such as vehicle design, crush rate, air bag deployment, approach angles, accessory fitment, strength, weight and aesthetics to ensure it properly serves its purpose. Each bull bar originates from premium, cold rolled sheet steel and 250 grade heavy wall tubing. CNC laser cutting equipment, mandrel bending machines and MIG welders are used to shape the materials into a structurally sound shell. Additional reinforcements are added, as are steel uprights and cross bars to ensure optimum strength and performance.

Often, it's what you can't see that makes the difference.

With an air bag equipped vehicle it is essential that the vehicle's crush rate and air bag triggering is not altered when an aftermarket bumper is installed. To ensure compatibility, ARB assesses each vehicle's frontal crush characteristics and replicates the crush rate into the design of each air bag compatible bull bar and its mounting system. This method enables engineers to achieve maximum vehicle and passenger protection without effecting the crash pulse.
