1 The "C" in
"Dana 35C" does not represent C-clip. They are manufactured in both
C-clip and non C-clip models.
Air Locker
model RD102, RD103 and RD105 suits both types of axles regardless.
2 Air Locker
model RD60 has a thrust block to suit vehicles with tapered axles.
The thrust
block must be removed when swapping to full floating axles and some
one-piece axle shaft conversions.
3 No
application for differentials with aluminium housings.
Newer OEM ring
and pinion sets use 7/16" bolts. Air Locker flange holes must be
reamed to suit.
4 Quadradrive
traction control vehicles require non-Quadradrive axle shaft
replacements for Air Locker installation.
5 Requires
thrust block #110202 be installed. Use new bolts (#200205 X 6) and tab
washers (#150401 X 6).
6 RD30/31 must
not be used for IFS applications.
7 Pre-1997
8.25" axle assemblys with 27 spline axle shafts will accept newer 29
spline shafts if RD93 is fitted.
8 Newer OEM
Dana 35 & Dana 44 ring gears have 7/16" bolts. Flange holes of the Air
Locker must be reamed larger to suit.
